Insecta and Collembola as bioindicators of ecological restoration in the Ombrophilous Dense Forest in Southern Brazil

Abstract The objective of this study was to evaluate the capacity as bioindicators litter arthropodofauna in pasture restoration Atlantic Forest Biome. Areas native forest under natural regeneration, and pastures treated with different ecological techniques were evaluated, pitfall traps. sampling period from April/2017 October/2018, bimonthly. Families Ptiliidae, Staphylinidae, Leiodidae, species Pheidole cf. sarcina (Formicidae) Mastigoceras sp. 1 Szeptyckitheca (Collembola) indicators well-conserved areas, whereas families Cicadellidae Delphacidae, Formicidae Wasmannia auropunctata (Roger, 1863) Camponotus melanoticus Emery, 1894 degraded areas. From springtail community, richness is a metric that can be used bioindicator. It observed all taxonomic identification levels allowed for differentiation environmental conditions less specific levels, such family, possibly indicating changes areas process.
